How to order Hot Whiskey Products

Go to our ‘Shop for Spices & Gifts’ page and select the relevant category to your purchase. Once you’ve chosen gift or product, the shop cart will calculate including any delivery charges applicable to your delivery address. Please apply any trade discount code related to any of our promotions which is highlighted.  You can of course apply for an account page of your own to record your purchase history including creating your own password.

Delivery:

Dispatch of goods is normally within 48 hrs. However, if you email a specific request for immediate dispatch before 1300 hours we will endevour to expedite your request. If this proves impractical we will text or email. We offer delivery within Ireland by An Post and Courier, please allow 3 working days for arrival. Delivery to the UK may take 5-7 working days. To keep costs at a minimum our standard postal service does not include tracking; all though we do retain a photograph of goods and postal receipt for each consignment as proof of dispatch. Where we have used a courier service such as Night-line for Trade purchases, we will email tracking and consignment numbers on request.

We monitor our website daily and update our shop stock inventory. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply, we reserve the right to notify by email or phone within 24hrs, if an order cannot be fulfilled and we cancel such arrangements,we offer a full refund. All goods advertised for sale on this site are subject to availability.

None Delivery/Damaged Goods
We make every effort to ensure our packages are tamper proof and arrive in good condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a ‘Trade Product’ delivery where by the goods/packaging is defective or burst, and the goods are compromised, please mark any delivery docket as goods received damaged. You are at liberty not to accept delivery and we will re-supply on receipt of our courier responses where applicable. Where goods have traveled through the postage system please take a phone photograph and email, and return the defective items to the address shown below. We will re-supply on this basis, or offer a full refund.
